ContactPointe provided excellent space for our meeting in Pittsburgh. Our team was impressed and preferred it over regular hotel meeting space. The classroom size, conveniences for the attendees, available meeting technologies and support staff made our meeting much more productive. In fact, we have another CareFusion team planning a meeting there as a result.
This was my first experience in setting up a training session with the size and detail required. There were many variables and changes, many outside my control. We looked at other facility providers, but only ContactPointe was accommodating and flexible with all the changes. They positively set themselves apart from their competition. Their prep work was great. The facility staff was fantastic, offering help with setup and tear-down and providing timely and delicious meals. We have a good partnership with Contact Pointe. I am responsible for the logistics of all professional training classes and found ContactPointe after being frustrated with the restrictive policies of another facility vendor. ContactPointe met our criteria of reasonable costs, many facility types and locations, AV, catering and detailed facility information. The biggest surprise and benefit was ContactPointe’s 2-week no penalty cancellation policy. There are times when registration rates necessitate cancellation and it’s very helpful that there is no financial penalty. ContactPointe has great facilities and the one time when students had negative comments, ContactPointe found a new location for the next training class. ContactPointe is very responsive and I highly recommend their services.

The best thing about ContactPointe is that once I schedule, I know the training event is done. Other options require more babysitting and follow up. ContactPointe provides all the facility, catering and hotel details and proactively notifies me when training packages are received. We are doing 7-8 classes a month and getting busier, so ContactPointe’s services are well worth it. I don’t have to think about it and can move onto my other responsibilities and feel confident that the training session will be flawless.

ContactPointe is one of my easier vendors, providing our computer labs in Orange County. We have several trainings a month at 3 different locations. With ContactPointe, all details are finalized and contract submitted in 48 hours. I know the training is done and ContactPointe does not need to be managed. I enjoy when I don’t have to chase down contracts from vendors. ContactPointe has also proven to be flexible when the unexpected happens. Easy is a good description for ContactPointe.
The single best benefit of ContactPointe is consistency. We schedule 12-15 training courses per quarter. ContactPointe’s contract outlines all the details of the training event and I know that it will happen without any follow up on my part. ContactPointe is very good about checking-in and accommodating requests. ContactPointe has lots of training locations and we’ve had no complaints about the facilities.
I managed the logistics for the rollout of proprietary sales quote software to our dealers in 39 cities. We used two computer lab vendors, and far and away, ContactPointe was the most responsive and provided total services. With ContactPointe, our training events flowed. More importantly, ContactPointe had the trust of the trainers. They knew that the computer classroom was set up and software loaded, eliminating their anxiety. With the first few events, software was still being finalized and ContactPointe provided a download option to accommodate the last minute software changes. Budget was an important consideration and ContactPointe was able to work within our budget. We used ContactPointe exclusively for our follow-on training projects. I’d recommend ContactPointe in a heartbeat.
