This was my first experience in setting up a training session with the size and detail required. There were many variables and changes, many outside my control. We looked at other facility providers, but only ContactPointe was accommodating and flexible with all the changes. They positively set themselves apart from their competition. Their prep work was great. The facility staff was fantastic, offering help with setup and tear-down and providing timely and delicious meals. Everyone was professional, courteous and pleasant and helped me look like a rock star.
