Our Story

How a Midwest training company became the nation's trusted training event partner

Our history started in 1991 as a training company in the Midwest, focused on training small groups of people on computer applications. This expanded to providing IT services and technical training. Recognizing the quality of our training staff and their ability to understand technology, our clients hired us to learn and train proprietary applications all over the US. It was at this point that the concept of ContactPointe was born.

Our clients were not just located near one of our training centers, so we had to find or set up technology classrooms around the US near their locations. We had to find locations that would meet our criteria and provide service that matched our expectations. Agreements were made and relationships were formed that have lasted for years.

This experience has provided a heritage of understanding of the technical details and importance of a well-executed training class. Combined with the logistics of making it all come together, ContactPointe has evolved into a trusted partner for organizations that need professional training environments anywhere in the country.
