One thing I can say is that Mark Dobson is outstanding. The level of customer service he has provided to me has always been great. He goes above and beyond in working with me to provide the level of support we need. He follows through, is easy to work with, and has helped make my job a whole lot easier than it otherwise would have been. We have never had an issue with the facilities he sets up for us, and he makes the process transparent and seamless. I’ve been surprised at how easy ContactPointe and Mark Dobson have made our whole experience. A star in my book!
