We have a good partnership with Contact Pointe. I am responsible for the logistics of all professional training classes and found ContactPointe after being frustrated with the restrictive policies of another facility vendor. ContactPointe met our criteria of reasonable costs, many facility types and locations, AV, catering and detailed facility information. The biggest surprise and benefit was ContactPointe’s 2-week no penalty cancellation policy. There are times when registration rates necessitate cancellation and it’s very helpful that there is no financial penalty. ContactPointe has great facilities and the one time when students had negative comments, ContactPointe found a new location for the next training class. ContactPointe is very responsive and I highly recommend their services.
