We looked for a service that provided a comprehensive training facility offering and considered many options. ContactPointe was selected because they met all our needs; computer IT support, facilities in specific locations, availability and catering. It’s challenging managing remote events and ContactPointe has taken a lot off my plate. All 9 of our 3-day events went smoothly and we continue to use ContactPointe for other meeting needs. My days are busy and ContactPointe staff member Mark is quick to respond and Laura provides accurate invoices for quick processing.
