Course Outline
Description: This three day course provides an overview of the Six Sigma
“DMAIC” phases. Attendees learn valuable
information from each DMAIC phases that can be used in Six Sigma projects in
their organizations to reduce process variation and/or costs.
Duration: 3 Days
Objectives:
After
completing this course, students will be able to:

with the language of Six Sigma

Gain exposure to and
practice some Six Sigma tools in the context of a real business case

Determine what types
of projects are candidates for improvement using Six sigma methodology
