Description
This training program is designed to help you acquaint others with
the basics of becoming a new supervisor. In this course, participants will
learn the basic responsibilities, technical skills, and attitude required to be
a successful supervisor; explore the four fundamentals of effective
supervision; become aware of special situations and how to handle those
situations; and create a plan for implementing what they have learned.
